The backbone of our business. All of our engineers are highly skilled, with years of experience and usually multi-disciplined.
Parking.
We will charge exactly what it costs us to park our vans on site. We will not risk parking fines or contraventions.
Congestion.
We do not charge congestion unless you are INSIDE a congestion zone.
We will NEVER charge ULEZ.
Plumbing Hourly Charge.
7am - 6pm: £125 +VAT
6pm - 12am: £165 +VAT
12am - 7am: £205 +VAT
These are for minor works where a fixed price can not be determined. Minimum 1 Hour Charge.
Electrical Hourly Charge.
7am - 6pm: £145 +VAT
6pm - 12am: £165 +VAT
12am - 7am: £205 +VAT

Emergency Call Out.
An emergency call-out is where we drop our tools, jump in the van and boot it to yours.
The cost of this is £75 +VAT in addition to the hourly rate of the engineer.
